Maine State Pier

The City Council of Portland wants to rezone the Maine State Pier. This could be a good idea but the way the city council is handling it makes it look like calculated maneuver with disastrous result, no matter which way you slice it. We will have to wait until August 7th when we can look our representatives in the eye and ask them to explain.
